OpenClaw One is sold as digital software, digital licenses, optional subscriptions, and optional prepaid AI usage credits. It is not a transfer of source-code ownership.
2. License use
A purchase gives the customer a limited license to use the purchased product according to the selected plan, seat count, and delivery terms shown at checkout or in the commercial proposal.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use.
- No bypass of license, payment, or account controls.
- No resale unless a separate agreement allows it.
