1. 14-day refund window
Refund requests for purchases made directly through the OpenClaw One public checkout can be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. What this applies to
This 14-day refund window applies to OpenClaw One software licenses, subscriptions, prepaid AI credits, and Pocket Edition orders sold through our self-serve checkout.
3. Local law
If local consumer law gives a longer mandatory refund right, that law will apply.
4. How to request a refund
Email help@openclaw-one.com with your order email, order ID, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and may handle the payment processing side of the refund.
