1. Standard self-serve licenses
We may review refund requests for first-time standard self-serve digital license purchases made directly through the public checkout within 7 days of purchase.
2. When a refund may be approved
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- The order is a standard self-serve software purchase, not a custom enterprise deal.
- The product has not been materially abused, duplicated, resold, or used in a clearly fraudulent way.
3. Non-refundable items
- Prepaid AI credit packs already used in whole or in part.
- Enterprise, consulting, setup, or project-based work.
- Orders limited because of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
4. How to request a refund
Email help@openclaw-one.com with your order email, order ID, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
